Investment Terms

Founders typically raise via SAFE notes or priced rounds depending on their stage. Check sizes range from $10K to $150K, with most investors deploying $25K-$75K per company. We facilitate syndication for larger rounds and provide standard diligence materials to streamline the process. With SAFE or equity preferred and syndication available

How Investors Engage

We structure engagement to maximize signal and minimize noise. With 2 demo days per year in June and December, 40 Investor Cap per demo day as it maintains quality interaction, and $47K average check deployed across all cohorts.

Demo Day Attendance

Bi-annual Demo Days (end of each 6-week cohort). Live pitches, Q&A, and real-time capital discussions. Limited to 40 investors per event to maintain quality interaction.

Office Hours Access

Join weekly office hours during the sprint to meet founders early, provide feedback, and build relationships before Demo Day.
